Sometimes you can also pick up items such as fire spells, which you can use just by pressing their icon on the screen. The settings are plagued with traps, just as you'd expect from a Dark Souls spinoff. Falling into one of them won't kill you, but two or three eventually will. And then there are also the enemies, which aren't too aggressive but can still slow you down. Slashy Souls is an ... interesting game. Some Dark Souls fans might consider it a real insult to the saga, while others will take it for what it is: just a humble game with more than decent graphics.
